	C.O.D. orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders sent with a money order or cashier's check will be shipped the same working day payment is received. Orders sent with a personal or company check will be held until check clears, 7 to 10 days. Make certain you include the complete mailing address and zip code. If you're not completely satisfied you may return the book within 30 days for a refund, less a 20% restocking charge.
